If you call, he will likely be the first voice you hear when the phone is answered. He will help you figure out how to get your project moving, what it will take, and set you up with a team that is best suited for what you need to accomplish.  
- [James](https://www.coretechs.com/our_team/james/) As the Vice President of Coretechs, James is the Swiss army knife of the team.  While Gil handles most new customers and phone calls, James moves from project to project, keeping things on track and on time.  James has worked in nearly every language and if you work with Coretechs long enough, he will likely work on your project himself at some point.


## Our Process
When you call Coretechs, you won't get an answering service or an AI. If you call during the day, you will get a staff member to answer the phone.  99% of the time it will be Gil, and you'll be well on your way to getting your project started.  Don't hesitate to call, as this is not like buying a used car.  We will answer questions, give advice, and figure out what you need, but we will not pressure you to commit to anything or start any project you aren't comfortable with.  We can come up with a project plan and an estimate, and then hand it back to you to proceed at your own pace when you're ready for your project to begin.

## Our History
Gil founded Coretechs more than 40 years ago. With the increase of websites and computer usage in the 90s, Coretechs began to grow and hire on staff. What started as a small company doing everything from running cables to building servers, eventually became a consulting firm focused squarely on custom software development for businesses and government agencies. Many of our staff members joined in the 2000s, and are still here today. Our team continued to grow in the 2010s and 2020s, resulting in a team of more than 30 today, with most of our staff having been here for more than 10 years at this point.
