My name is Susan and I am a Project Manager here at Coretechs. My role is overseeing projects for various client portfolios. This includes planning the projects with the clients by understanding the client’s needs, testing the product, and delivering it back to the client. I serve as the main point of contact for clients and keep them informed on suggested updates to their systems and support as needed.
I get really excited about new projects and understanding the ins and outs of our client’s business. It is fun learning about the different processes that clients need and use daily that differ from ours. It is like a window into industries that I have not considered going into like Finance or HOA Management.
My primary motivation is driven by being a good and accurate representation of Coretechs. I really love this company and the culture that has been created for us.

I attended the University of Iowa to study Pre-Law and Communication Studies.
